Are reserved by:
1) Agreement of our Policy
2) Half Non-Refundable Deposit

1) At least 16-18 weeks old
2) After Twice Vaccinations
3) After Rabies Vaccination
4) After Microchip Injection
5) After Deworming
6) After Neutering by Licensed Veterinarian
Are included:
1) Agreement of Our Policy
2) Cat Association Certificate
Are NOT allowed to:
1) Be Sold, Leased or Given to Individuals, Pet Shop, Rescue Center, Laboratory or similar facilities
2) Be Declawing
3) Be stayed outdoors

Choose your cat
Our cattery strictly implements a breeding plan. Each cat mother has 1-2 litter per year and needs sufficient rest and recovery period, so the current number of cats is limited.
We have a dual-track system of available cats + pre-order. You can choose from the available cats or pre-order kittens with specific coat colors or pick-up dates according to your needs.
We welcome everyone to actively communicate your needs with us, so that we can serve you better and ensure that you are satisfied and at ease.
If you choose to pre-order, you need to pay a US$500 queuing fee. After queuing, there is no limit on the number of times or duration for selecting a cat. After selecting a kitten, you need to pay half of the total price as a deposit, and the previously paid US$500 queuing fee will be deducted from the cat's price.
If you choose an available Toybob, you don't need to pay any fees in advance. When you see a Toybob you like on the "Available" page, you can directly contact us. Similarly, after selecting a cat, you need to pay half of the total price as a deposit.

Going Home
When the cattery announces that Toybobs are looking for homes, queuing customers will have priority in choosing. After the queuing customers have made their selections, the remaining kittens will be open to the public, and appointments can be made to visit and see the cats.
If you decide on a cat, you need to pay half of the total amount as a deposit! The deposit is non-refundable for personal reasons, and the selected kitten cannot be changed for personal reasons!
After paying half of the deposit, the cattery will provide a 14-day free care period, allowing you to have sufficient time to prepare for the kitten's homecoming .
Agreement
THE PURCHASER COVENANTS
1. To undertake to keep the cat as a household pet only.
2. Not under any circumstances whatsoever to use the cat for breeding or allow the cat to breed with any other cat of the same or a different species, neither will the Purchaser allow any such use to be made of the cat by any other party,
3, if for any reason it becomes necessary for the Purchaser to transfer the property in the cat to a third party the Purchaser undertakes to obtain from the third party a covenant in similar terms to those contained herein
4. That the cat will be neutered by a veterinary Surgeon/Practitioner, before attaining the age of twelve months. He/she wil produce to the Vendor a Certificate from the Veterinary Surgeon/Practitioner stating that this has been carried out
5. In the event of these covenants being breached the Vendor shall have the right to repossess legally the cat and to be reimbursed by the Purchaser the reasonable cost of such repossession and the keeping of such cat for a period of up to two months after repossession. Such costs to include Veterinary examination and fees.
